We produce all strips of material bespoke to our customers’ requirements, ensuring the product you buy is right for you.  We can supply as plain material or with self-adhesive backing on one side or both – this give our customers the ability to use material as a buffer between two materials. Not only can we supply any of our materials in strip form – if the length of our material isn’t long enough – we will use a dove-tail joint to get the correct length of strip that our customers require.

Our turnaround for strips of rubber, foam or plastic can be as little as a few hours, enabling our customer to have something on site as soon as possible – whether its for a breakdown or a time restricted job. We can offer bespoke packaging for strips – whether its packing one off per bag or 500 per bag, we can accommodate any requirement.

Strips are usually cut using our automatic CNC Knife cutting machine which eliminates any tooling costs usually associated with manual cutting machines.

Rubber strips are made bespoke to requirements; however, we do keep various thicknesses and widths of foam sealing strips in stock. These are usually in 10m long rolls with adhesive backing on one side.
