As we have been established for over 25 years, we have developed strong working relationships with our UK and international suppliers who work with us to provide a quick turnaround and high-quality specialist materials as per our customers requirements in keeping with our ISO 9001:2015. Below are some of our most frequently stocked specialist raw materials.

Graphite sheeting

Panasonic PGS thermal graphite sheet is a very thin, synthetically-made, highly oriented graphite polymer film manufactured for thermal management/heat-sink applications. With excellent thermal conductivity (2 to 4 times that of copper), Panasonic ‘s PGS thermal graphite sheets are flexible (withstand repeated bending) and can be cut into customized shapes. PGS has high thermal conductivity, is energy-saving (does not use electricity) and is environmentally friendly (pure carbon). It is Lightweight, flexes easily and is readily cut into custom shapes. PGS material is stable up to about 500°C and provides electro-magnetic shielding.

Foil rollstock

Foil is used in the manufacturing of pouches and header bags for items with specific barrier requirements. It is predominately medical grade material which meets the requirements of EN ISO 11607-1:2006. It has good moisture, gas barrier and UV resistant properties and it also can be heat sealed to itself and other flexible films over a wide temperature range- our state-of-the-art Sysco machinery has this capability that we avail of on a monthly basis for one of our long-standing medical device manufacturing customers.

Novus 30

Novus 30 is a good quality compressed sheet material based on a blend of aramid and inorganic fibres with a nitrile rubber binder system. Novus 30 is a general-purpose material suitable for use in a wide range of applications, including hot and cold water, steam, oils, fuels, gases and a wide range of general chemicals. We stock this in 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm,and 4mm thick in sheets size’s of 1.5m wide x 1.5m long.

Nomex 410

Nomex410 is a family of insulation papers that offer high inherent dielectric strength, mechanical toughness, flexibility and resilience. Nomex® 410, the original form of Nomex® paper, is widely used in a majority of electrical equipment applications. We stock this in 0.13, 0.18 and 0.25mm thick in 914mm wide rolls.

Thermal Interface sheet

Thermal interface sheet is a high performance ultra-soft thermally conductive gel gap filler which is designed to fill the air gap between uneven surfaces. Thermal gap filler pads and gels provide a thermal interface between heatsinks (devices or substances for absorbing unwanted or excess heat) and electronic devices. They’re particularly useful where air gaps, rough surface textures or uneven surface topography prevent the use of traditional grease or paste.

It has good thermal conductivity, high compressibility, a Low hardness (Shore 00) and is great for electrical insulating.
