Die cutting provides a fast and consistent method of producing repeat components from rubber, foam and other sheet materials. It is particularly effective for larger quantities where repeatability, production speed and unit cost matter.
Our manufacturing capabilities include:
• Die cutting for repeat and high-volume production
• CNC knife cutting for prototypes, short runs and complex profiles
• Milling for selected rigid plastic components
• Industrial stitching for suitable foam and fabric components
We select the most suitable process based on the material, design, tolerance and required quantity.
Materials previously processed for defence-related requirements include neoprene foam, reticulated foam, solid rubber, sponge rubber and ABS plastic.
We can also source and process a wider range of rubber, foam, plastic and specialist sheet materials.

Components are manufactured at our Lisburn facility under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Our standard manufacturing tolerance is ±0.5 mm. Tighter results may be possible depending on the material, thickness, component design and production process. Critical tolerances must be agreed before production.

Production ranges from one-off development parts and small batches to repeat orders exceeding one million components.
