Previous projects include sourcing and supplying prototypes for a new customer who found their existing supply of material was not lasting and parts needed replaced too quickly on new machines and since we started supplying over 13 years ago the product life has significantly improved meaning our customer no longer need to keep as many spares. We also specially sourced extrusion for forklift manufacturing and specific flooring for inside truck mounted sweeping machines.

Common materials in this industry nitrile bonded cork, Neoprene rubber, Silicone sheeting, Epdm foam and abrasion resistant materials. British stand materials also available. We keep a wide range of material grades and thicknesses in stock from our manufacturing site based in Lisburn. Self-adhesive options also available.

In this sector our product capabilities range from small prototype production runs to large scale production runs delivered monthly to our customers. With a range of machinery onsite we have suitable machine for each job, and we carry a range of tooling on site to keep costs to a minimum for our customers.

Our custom-made database provides batch number traceability throughout our entire computer system to link batch numbers from when we receive raw material right up to when we despatch our customer order which ensures electronic traceability throughout.
